摘要
通过分析磨煤机石子煤偏多原因,选用新型翼型风环更换改造,同时对磨碗延伸环材料进行升级,改造后磨煤机石子煤排量降到不大于0.5‰,达到了改造效果,取得了显著的效益。
Through the analysis of grinding coal machine of pebble coal partial reasons, choose new aerofoil wind ring replacement transformation, and the grinding bowl extension ring material upgrading and transformation after grinding coal machine of pebble coal displacement down to less than 0.5 per 1000, achieving the transformation effect, achieved remarkable social and economical benefits.
