2006—2013年天津市津南区传染病疫情网络直报质量分析

Quality analysis on network direct reporting of infectious diseases in Jinnan District of Tianjin from 2006-2013

目的了解2006—2013年天津市津南区网络直报工作现状,为进一步规范传染病报告管理,提高医疗机构的报告质量提供依据。方法用excel 2003软件评价网络直报质量的各因素,分年度进行统计分析和调查报告质量情况。结果 76.72%的传染病报告卡(报卡)来源于综合医院,其传染病报告率和及时性均达到92%以上,从诊断到报告的时间为7.2 min^1.81 d,审核及时性均达到98%以上,从报告到审核时间为47.52 min^0.12 d;报卡缺失内容主要是儿童家长、诊断时点和报卡医生;2006和2007年各有1张重报卡。医疗机构的年度漏报率在0~22.46%之间,平均4.6%,卡片完整率在90.07%~100%之间,平均94.92%;网报的内容与卡片一致性在80.32%~100%之间,平均91.57%。结论津南区传染病报告质量逐年提高,但漏报现象依然存在;医疗机构应重视疫情管理人员的综合能力,疾病预防控制机构应加强与医疗机构的沟通,规范传染病报告工作。

[Objective]To understand epidemiological features of AIDS in Panzhihua City from 1994-2014 and provide a scientific basis for the development of strategies for its prevention and control.[Methods]The quality factors of network direct reporting were evaluated by Excel 2003,and the reporting quality in different years were statistically analyzed and investigated.[Results]76.72%of infectious diseases reporting cards were reported by general hospitals,and both reporting rate and timeliness rate were over92%. The duration from diagnosis to reporting was 7.2 minutes to 1.81 days. The timeliness rate of verification was over 98%,and duration from reporting to verification was 47.52 minutes to 0.12 days. The main missing contents of reporting cards were children＇s parents,diagnosis time point,and reporting doctor. There was 1 repeat reporting card in 2006 and 2007 respectively.The annual missing report rates of medical institutions were between 0 and 22.46%,with an average of 4.6%. The complete rates of reporting cards were between 90.07% and 100%,with an average of 94.92%. The consistency of network direct reporting content and reporting cards were between 80.32% and 100%,with an average of 91.57%. [Conclusion]The quality of infectious disease reporting has increased gradually in Jinnan District,but there still are missing reports. The medical institutions should pay attention to the comprehensive ability of epidemic management personnel,and disease prevention and control institutions should strengthen the communication with medical institutions,to standardize the infectious disease reporting work.
