贯彻“三严三实” 坚持从严治吏

Managing Officials Strictly and Upholding " Three Stricts and Three Steadies"

习近平总书记提出"三严三实"的要求,是共产党人最基本的政治品格和做人准则,也是党员干部的修身之本、为政之道、成事之要。从严治党,关键在于"从严治吏"。因此,坚持从严治吏与落实"三严三实"有着紧密的逻辑关系:互为因果、互相促进。只有严明干部责任、培训、管理、监督制度,严于要求、严于管理、严于约束干部队伍,才能从根本上实现贯彻"三严三实"教育活动的要求与目标。

General Secretary Xi Jinping has put up the requirements of ＂Three Stricts and Three Steadies＂, which is the fundamental political character and personal conduct criteria of Party members and officials to self-cultivate, manage polities and succeed. The key to managing the party is to manage the officials strictly. Therefore, the two key expressions of strictly managing the officials and implementation of ＂Three Stricts and Three Steadies＂ have a close logical relationship of reciprocal causation and mutual promotion. Only by implementing the system of cadres responsibility, training, management and the supervision and being strict to requirement,management and restraint of carders team can we fundamentally achieve the goal of the requirements of the education activities.
