包罐工艺在罐式车生产中的应用分析

摘要 通过对包罐工艺在生产过程中罐体弧度处的应力计算,分析罐体焊接后残余应力对罐体的影响,从而得出结论:包罐工艺可以有效地对不规则罐体板材在弯曲处仅需一次性塑性形变,而没有弹性形变所带来的应力。并在焊接残余应力的作用下,罐体会更贴紧防浪板,进而抵消板体大弧度处的微量弹性形变。此外,通过介绍包罐机的结构和发展史,进一步了解现已被市场认可的这种包罐工艺在罐体生产上的应用前景。 According to stress calculation at bending area in tank body, the performance of welding residual stress on tanker body was analyzed. Furthermore, from the conclusion of stress calculation, the tank rolling machine performs plate at bending area of tanker as plastic deformation one time, and without elastic deformation and stresses. In addition, the welding residual stress also can counter small amount of elastic stress, which can make tanker plate and wave plates closely. Moreover, according to the introduction of structure and development history about tank rolling machine, the future application about tank rolling machine will be understanded easily.
