世界男子自由体操成套动作编排特征及发展趋势研究

体操单项决赛代表世界体操项目技术发展的最高水平。以第44、45届世界体操锦标赛男子自由体操单项决赛前8名成套技术动作作为考察对象,运用录像统计、文献资料、访谈等多种方法进行分析研究,结果显示,世界男子自由体操技术水平发展日新月异,"难、新、美"成为制胜法宝,项目的单极特征尽显无疑。通过分析,为我国备战里约奥运会男子竞技体操成套动作的编排与科学训练提供理论借鉴。

Individual event in gymnastics speaks for top level performance in the world stage of the game. The research place as object the whole set of first eight athletes’ individual event in 44 th and 45 th world championship. The author then use video statistics,literature analysis,interviews and other methods to conduct the research. Results show that the world men’s free gymnastics technology development changes with faster than ever. Performance being difficult,new,elegant become a magic weapon to win. The monopole characteristics are more evident than ever. It is hoped that the research could provide choreography and theory references for scientific training for Chinese athletes who prepare men’ s gymnastics the complete action for Rio Olympic Games.
