摘要
在调查研究的基础上,民国学人指出当时的职教师资存在三大问题:没有专门培养机关,导致师资紧缺;缺乏在职培训,致使教学效能不高;生存环境差,留不住人才。为解决这些问题,民国学人提出改革师范教育制度,培养合格职教师资;改革领导体制,促进职校运行专业化;加强在职培训,提高职教师资素养;改善生存环境,为职教师资提供发展空间等建议。民国学人对职教师资问题的探索与思考不仅推进了当时职业教育理论与实践的发展,亦为当前职业教育改革提供了借鉴与启示。
Based on investigation, scholars of the Republic of China concluded that there were then three major issues of teachers in vocational school: firstly, there were no specialized training authorities, and thus teachers were badly-needed; secondly, on-the-job training was insufficient, which caused poor teaching efficiency; thirdly, with poor living conditions the vocational school couldn' t attract and retain talents. Accordingly, scholars of the Republic of China proposed to reform pedagogical education system to cultivate qualified teachers; reform leadership structure to expedite the professionalization of vocational school; enhance on-the-job training to improve the quality of vocational school teachers; and improve living conditions to provide vocational school teachers with development space. Their exploration and thinking of such issues not only promoted the development of theory and practice of vocational education, but also provided reference and inspiration for the reform of current vocational education.
