藏药多刺绿绒蒿超临界CO_2萃取及其成分研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文以多刺绿绒蒿为原料,研究超临界CO2萃取多刺绿绒蒿的最佳工艺及其萃取物的化学成分。采用均匀设计方法考察萃取时间、压力、温度等影响因素,得到超临界CO2萃取多刺绿绒蒿的最佳工艺条件,并对萃取物结合GC-MS保留指数进行分析。本文得出最佳萃取工艺:萃取时间180min,萃取压力28 MPa,萃取温度45℃。从萃取物中分离出55个可识别峰,结合Kovats保留指数共鉴定出53个成分,占总成分的80.58%,其中主要成分为γ-谷甾醇、亚油酸、棕榈酸。 Meconopsis horridula Hook.f.& Thomson was chosen as raw materials to study the optimumparameters of SCF-COz extraction of Meconopsis horridula Hook. f. & Thomson and chemicalconstituents of extractive matters. SCF-COz extraction condition was selected by uniform design. In theexperiment, three factors should be taken into consideration, such us the extraction time, extractionpressure and extraction temperature. GC-MS was applied to analyze the extraction. The optimumcondition were obtained: the extraction time was 180 minutes,the extraction pressure was 28 MPa andthe extraction temperature was 45℃. 55 compounds in Meconopsis horridula Hook.f. & Thomson weredetected by GC-MS and 53 compounds were identified by MS combined with Kovats retention index. Themajor constituents of the extractive matters were clionastetol, lin01eic acid and palmic acid.
