刺络放血联合自拟方治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察及分析

The clinical curative effect observation on winding type bloodletting joint and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acne ordinaris

目的:观察刺络放血联合自拟方内服治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法:以后背俞穴放血拔罐,口服自制中药方为治疗组,以清热解毒软胶囊口服为对照组(饭后0.5h口服,每次服用3粒,3次/d),4周为1个疗程,4周后对面部毛囊性丘疹、脓疱、结节、囊肿、粉刺、皮脂溢出等情况进行评价以确定疗效。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为80.0%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组。结论:刺络放血联合自拟方治疗寻常性痤疮疗效显著,无任何毒副作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of thorn bloodletting winding to joint the party take orally for unusual type of acne. Methods Combined pricking cupping on the back shenshu point and oral Chinese medicine as the treatment group.Oral Qingrejiedu capsule as the control group,（0.5 hours after eating,3 pills each time,3 times perday,for 4 weeks as a course.To evaluation and determine the efficacy of facial follicular papules,pustules,nodules,cysts,acne,sebum overflow after 4 weeks. Results Compared with control group, treatment group total effective rate was 95.0%, the control group was 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The treatment group total effectiveness was better than the control group. Conclusion Stab winding bleed to joint the party is a common type of acne with obvious therapeutic effect,without any side effects.
