“以考促学”建立“以胜任力为基础”的八年制临床医学测评体系

Development and establish a “competency-based”clinical evaluation system to address the aim of “examination promotes learning”

为了更好地开展八年制临床医学培养模式改革,建立"以胜任力为基础"的临床测评体系,以达到"以考促学、以考促改"的目的。北京协和医学院以十多年的客观结构化临床考试实践经验为基础,建立了从高考到毕业考试的"基于胜任力为基础"的临床测评体系,考试的主要形式包括客观传统理论综合考试、多站迷你面试以及结构化临床考试,以达到更好选才、更好培养人才的目的。

In order to carry out the cultivating model reform of 8-year clinical medicine program, a system of ＂compe- tency-based＂ clinical evaluation is established in Peking Union Medical College （PUMC） to achieve the aim of ＂ex- amination promotes learning and teaching＂. This system was established since 2003, including the entrance examina- tion to graduate examination. This article described the evaluation system and analyzed its advantages.
