摘要 针对300 MW机组协调控制系统调节品质差、无法稳定运行以及AGC功能无法正常投入,对机组协调控制系统进行了优化。控制策略由原来直接指令平衡方式优化为直接能量平衡控制方式,通过增加前馈提升锅炉响应速率,模糊控制逻辑来改善系统动态性能,利用瞬时煤量来修正容量风开度来调整煤量。联调试验证明优化后的系统能满足AGC调节性能要求。 To solve the problem of poor regulation of the coordination control system and instable operation and AGC function unable to be used of the 300 MW unit, the coordi-nate control system was optimized in four aspects. The control strategy was changed from DIB to DEB; feed forward was added to increase response rate of the boiler; fuzzy control logic was adopted to improve system dynamic performance; and instantaneous coal amount was used to correct the capacity wind opening to adjust actual coal quantity. Combined test proved that the optimized system can meet the requirements of AGC regulation performance.
