摘要
针对现有杏果切分去核刀具存在的切分去核效率低,果瓣完整率低,果肉损失严重的情况,根据杏果自身的物理特性和在切分时的受力情况,通过选取不同刀具进行对比试验,评价出锯齿形刀具切分去核最好:去核成功率可达到95%以上,果瓣切分后的平均完整率可达到93%。使用此刀具的切分样机在定向较好的情况下的实际处理能力能达到:(400-700)kg/h,并且此刀具生产效率高、适用性好和便于更换等优点,试验研究结果对后序切分去核装置优化设计提供了指导依据。
For the existing problems that the apricot fruit slicing to the core tools exist the shortcomings of lower segmentation efficiency, low fruit valve intact, severe flesh loss cases, depending on their physical characteristics apricot fruit and cut time-sharing in the forces, it chooses comparison test of different tools to evaluate a serrated knives slicing best pitted apricot fruit: cut success rate can reach more than 95% , the average full flap cutting rate can reach 93%. Using this tool segmentation prototype in the actual situation with better directional processing capacity it can reach: (400-700)kg/h, and this tool has high efficiency, good applicability, and is easy to get replaced, etc, and the test results of subsequent segmentation provides guidance to optimize the design of a nuclear device.
