摘要
教师综合素质的提升能够有效提高独立院校的整体水平,进而提高高等教育质量,而独立院校教师综合评价对提升教师综合素质具有重要的意义。论文引入平衡计分卡理论,选取教学情况、科研情况、学习情况3个定量指标和合作情况1个定性指标作为准则层指标,应用层次分析法为指标赋权重,并进行指标的筛选,构建教师综合评价模型,分别应用加权法和模糊综合评价法对定性指标和定量指标进行了处理,最后应用了一个实例证明了该指标体系的可用性以及合理性。
Promoting teachers' comprehensive quality can effectively improve the overall level of independent colleges and the higher education quality, and independent college teachers' comprehensive evaluation isimportant to improve teachers' comprehensive quality.Paper introduces the balanced scorecard theory, choosingteaching, scientific research and study forquantitative indexesand cooperation for qualitative indexas criterion layer indexes, and uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP) for weighting.Thenpaper selectsindexes and constructs the teachers'comprehensive evaluation model, improving the qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes by using weighted method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. At last, paper shows the index system's usability and rationality by an application example.
