一种实用的低压配电网规划方法

A Practical Method of Low-voltage Distribution Network Planning

低压配电网直接与用户相连,决定着用户的满意度。开展低压配电网规划工作,对节能降耗、减少投资和避免浪费有着重要的意义。从现状分析、电力需求预测、配电变压器规划、低压线路规划和投资估算及方案评估等方面,提出了低压配电网规划的思路及方法。实际算例表明,在满足规划期电力需求的前提下,提出的方法可减少低压配电网的投资,提升投资效益,并验证了提出方法的实用性和可操作性。

Low voltage（LV） distribution networks are directly connected to consumers,and their performances determine the satisfaction of consumers.LV distribution network planning plays a vital role on saving energy,reducing investment and avoiding wastage.A new method for the LV distribution network planning is proposed based on the analysis of current situation,distribution transformer planning,low-voltage distribution line planning,and investment estimation and planning project evaluation.The real case shows that the proposed method is practical and operable,which can meet the requirement of power demand,substantially reduce the investment of a LV distribution network and improve the investment benefit.
