摘要
目的制订一套具有科学性和有可行性的研究型科室和研究型医师的遴选和考核标准。方法采用专家咨询和专家会议相结合的方法制订标准,并对遴选标准进行检验。结果由7条指标构成的遴选和考核标准分为A、B两类,A类标准高于B类标准,考核标准高于遴选标准。遴选标准的实证研究表明标准能够对军医大学附属医院的科室和医师进行区分。结论研究型科室和研究型医师遴选和考核标准具有较强的科学性、可操作性,能够促进医院建设。
Objective To establish a set of selection and evaluation criteria of research - oriented clinical department and physician. Methods The criteria was established with Delphi and brain storm, and was test with empirical study. Results The criteria with 7 indexes was distinguished in A and B types. The criteria for A type was higher than for B, and for evaluation higher than for selection. The empirical study of selection criteria showed that the criteria could screen the clinical department and clinician in affiliated hospital in military medical universi- ty. Conclusion The selection and evaluation criteria of research - oriented clinical department and physician could promote the development of hospital for its scientificity and operability.
