摘要
目的:探讨护士长目标考核体系的实用性,分析不同指标护士长得分情况,以便更真实、客观地对护士长进行全方位考核,提高全院护理管理水平。方法:2012年1月~2013年12月运用护士长目标考核体系对我院69名护士长进行考核,并进行统计学分析。结果:2013年的护士长目标考核结果与2012年的相比,护士长一级指标得分中差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)的指标是相关部门满意度,二级指标得分中差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)的指标有危重病人护理质量、护士素质、抢救物品药品、病区物品药品管理、健康教育、院内感染、护理服务满意度、护理安全和护理部对护士长的考评。结论:护士长目标考核体系是一套全面、科学、实用的体系,可以在三级甲等医院推广使用。
Objective: To explore the usefulness of nurse target assessment system,the analysis of different indicators of head nurse scores,to allow for a more realistic,objective of head nurses length comprehensive assessment,improve the level of nursing management in the hospital. Methods: From January 2012 to December 2013 using nurse target assessment system of 69 head nurses in our hospital for examination,and were statistically analyzed. Results: the 2013 the matron in the evaluation result with the 2012 compared to nurse level indicators score difference has statistical significance( P 〈 0. 05) index was the satisfaction of the relevant departments,the second level indicators have points difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05) index has the critically ill patient care quality,quality of nurses,rescue medicine product,ward items drug management,health education,nosocomial infection,satisfaction with nursing service,nursing safety and nursing department the head nurse’s evaluation. Conclusion: Head nurse target assessment system is a set of comprehensive,scientific,practical system can be used in tertiary hospitals.
