摘要
针对钛白粉生产沸腾氯化尾气的综合利用和环保达标排放要求,开发了"三塔"淋洗处理工艺。沸腾氯化尾气经Ti OCl2淋洗塔回收了尾气中的钛,再进入酸洗塔回收副产品盐酸,之后经碱洗塔处理后去除Cl2从而实现达标排放。该处理工艺实现了钛白粉生产氯化尾气的综合利用和环保达标排放。
Based on the comprehensive utilization of the boiling chlorinationgas of titanium dioxide production andthe requirement of environmental protection standard, the"three"leaching process is developed. The titanium inboiling chlorination gas is recycled by tiocl2 rinsing tower, then it re-entersg the acid pickling tower for the recy-cling of by-product hydrochloric acid, after the treatment of caustic washing tower, Cl2 is removed to achieve dis-charge standards. This treatment process has realized the comprehensive utilization of the boiling chlorination gasof titanium dioxide production andmeets the environmental protection emissions standard.
