摘要
为适应综合自动化系统向网络化、集中化、智能化的发展趋势,同时也为了简化工业现场复杂的网络布线,设计了一种基于MODBUS/TCP的数据采集接口模块。硬件上采用了功能强大的LPC1788作为主芯片,软件上采用μC/OS-II实时操作系统、LWIP轻型协议栈和MODBUS协议相结合的方法,最终实现数据的集中管理和控制。在搭建的应用系统中验证了设计的可行性,实验证明该模块能够实时地将数据上传至控制器,并且传输过程较为稳定,数据正确无误。
In order to adapt to the development tendency of the network and centralized and intelligent,and at the same time to simplify the complicated network cabling of industry field,a data acquisition interface module based on MODBUS / TCP is designed. The hardware uses powerful LPC1788 as main chip,the software uses the method of combing μC / OS- II,LWIP lightweight protocol stack and MODBUS protocol together,and finally realizes the centralized management and control of data. The feasibility of the design was proved in the test system. Experiment shows that the data can be real- time uploaded to the controller,and the transmission process is stable.
