摘要
分析了活塞杆的工艺特性,比较了目前2种生产工艺的优劣,通过工艺改进将目前2种工艺结合起来,采用自由锻制坯、模锻成形头部形状的工艺方案来生产活塞杆。重点介绍了活塞杆锻造模具型腔、导向零件、飞边槽的设计,阐述了辅具的作用、构成和工作原理。用此工艺生产的锻件质量稳定,生产效率高,达到了设计要求。
The process characteristics of the piston rod are analyzed in this paper.The advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of technological schemes for piston rod are compared.By improving the process,the two processes are combined to produce the piston rod,using free forging process to preform,and die forging to form head part.The design of the piston rod forging die cavity,the guide part and the flying side slot are introduced.At the same time,auxiliary function,structure and working principle are described too.The quality of forgings produced by this Technology is stable,and the production efficiency is high,reaching the design requirements.
