基于“艺工结合,校企协同”模式的应用型设计人才培养——以盐城工学院设计艺术学院视觉传达专业为例

APPLICATION ORIENTED DESIGN TALENTS TRAINING BASED ON THE COMBINATION OF "ART WORK AND ENTERPRISE COOPERATION" ——A CASE STUDY OF VISUAL COMMUNICATION IN THE DESIGN OF YANCHENG INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

国家对工程设计类人才的培养现实要求决定了工科院校中视觉传达专业的人才培养模式应当依托本校丰富的工科专业优势资源,建立校内外协同培养机制,切实加强学生动手能力的培养,才是该专业发展的有效之路。本文首先对"艺工结合,校企协同"内涵进行解读,紧扣应用型设计人才培养的核心思想,力图通过定位创新、能力培养创新、课程体系创新和教学安排创新四个方面,切实构建一种合适的应用型视觉传达设计人才培养的模式。

The national training of engineering design talents determines that the training mode of visual communication professionals in engineering colleges and universities should rely on the abundant resources of science and technology, and should establish a cooperative training system, and strengthen the cultivation of students＇ practical ability. In this paper, the ＂combination of art and crafts, school enterprise cooperation＂ connotation interpretation is closely linked to the type of application design personnel training, trying to build a suitable application of visual communication design talents training mode through the positioning of innovation, ability training innovation, innovation of curriculum system and teaching arrangement of four aspects of innovation.
