摘要
给出了激光光斑的高斯拟合及其改进算法 ,实验表明 ,拟合曲线与原始实验数据达到很好的逼近 。
The algorithm of Gaussian fitting and an ameliorated on are presented.The experiment results show that the fitting curve approximates to the original experiment data,the intensity of saturation area can be estimated.
