摘要
在分析了传统路面预防性养护决策方法不足的基础上,结合SWING法和熵值法,提出了一种基于多属性分析理论的预防性养护决策方法。以上海市某公路养护管理部门的预防性养护项目为例,该方法综合考虑使用性能、工程和用户3方面因素,并针对决策者对路面养护的不同需求,选取最大间隙、渗水系数和摆值3项微观指标,分别对5种常用的预防性养护措施进行分析评价和优劣排序。从而建立了更加全面、精确且有针对性的预防性养护决策方法。
Based on the analysis of the lack of traditional pavement preventive mainte- nance decision method,combining with entropy method and SWING method, a preventive maintenance decision method based on the theory of multiple attribute analysis is put forward.Taking a preventive maintenance project of a highway maintenance manage- ment in Shanghai as an example, three factors including the use of performance, engineering and users are comprehensively considered in this method, and three micro index including the largest gap,permeability coefficient and BPN are selected in this method in order to meet different requirements of decision makers for pavement maintenance. Finally, five kinds of preventive maintenance measurements are analyzed and sorted, a more comprehensive, accurate and targeted preventive maintenance decision method is established.
