去白细胞悬浮红细胞及洗涤红细胞容量范围的确定

Determination of volume ranges of leucocyte-depleted red cell concentrates and washed red cells concentrates

目的应用全自动成分血分离机确定去白细胞悬浮红细胞和洗涤红细胞容量范围。方法根据成分制备信息化综合管理平台,统计分析成分血分离机近一年1 U、1.5 U、2 U去白细胞悬浮红细胞和洗涤红细胞容量范围。结果去白细胞悬浮红细胞容量范围:1 U为149±10%mL,1.5 U为213±10%mL,2 U为305±10%mL;洗涤红细胞容量范围:1 U为141±10%mL,1.5 U为202±10%mL,2 U为273±10%mL。结论按照GB18469-2012要求,去白细胞悬浮红细胞中Hb及Hct含量,洗涤红细胞中Hb和上清蛋白质含量均符合国标要求,此次统计出的容量范围可定义为符合我中心的标示量,便于制备工作中能够及时高效地检测出容量异常血液,尽早发现可能存在的潜在问题,保障血液质量。

Objective To determine the capable volume ranges of leucocyte-depleted red cell concentrates and washed red cell concentrates by automated blood component separators.Methods Leucocyte-depleted red cell concentrates and washed red cell concentrates were processed by automated blood component separators. Their volume ranges, in recent 2 years, were analyzed by different units(1 U, 1.5 U and 2 U) with laboratory information management system.Results The volume ranges of leucocyte-depleted red cell concentrates were 149±10%mL for 1 U products, 213±10%mL for 1.5 U products and 305±10%mL for 2 U products. The volume ranges of washed red cell concentrates were 141±10%mL for 1 U products, 202±10%mL for 1.5 U products and 273±10%mL for 2 U products.Conclusion Quality indicators in this study, such as hemoglobin and hematocrit in leucocyte-depleted red cell concentrates, hemoglobin and plasma protein in washed red cell concentrates, all met the national standards according to Quality Requirements For Whole Blood And Blood Components(GB18469-2012). Volumes for both blood products met the expected ranges in our laboratory. To ensure the quality of each blood product, The establishment of volume range standards was necessary and effective to detect and prevent potential abnormalities in the early stage.
