Polymer-to-Metal Hybrid Technology and Its Key Techniques

摘要 介绍了应用比较广泛的四种聚合物-金属组合成型技术的成型机制:多组分注塑成型技术、多组分金属成型技术、黏结剂粘结的聚合物-金属组合成型技术、聚合物-金属直接组合成型技术。分析了聚合物-金属直接组合成型的关键技术,从残余应力的分析,提出了相应的研究方法,并展望了该技术的研究趋势。 The principles of four main polymer-to-metal hybrid(PMH)technologies that are currently being widely used,including injection over-molding technology,metal over-molding technology,adhesively bonded PMH technology and polymer-to-metal direct-adhesion hybrid technology are illustrated.The key techniques of direct-adhesion PMH technology are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the residual stress,the new research method is provided,and the research trend is proposed.
