不同营养液配方对韭菜抗逆生理指标的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Different Nutrient Solution Formulas on Stress-resistance Physical Indexes of Allium tuberosum Rottler

摘要 为确定适合韭菜水培的营养液配方,以平韭八号、赛松2个韭菜品种为试验材料,研究了Hoagland营养液配方(T1)、日本千叶农试葱营养液配方(T2)、绿叶菜通用营养液配方(T3)和叶菜营养液配方(T4)对韭菜叶片可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明,对于平韭八号来说,可溶性蛋白含量表现为T2>T3>T1>T4,脯氨酸含量表现为T1>T3>T4>T2,MDA含量表现为T4>T3>T1>T2,SOD活性表现为T2>T4>T3>T1,POD活性表现为T2>T3>T4>T1;对于赛松来说,可溶性蛋白含量表现为T3>T2>T1>T4,脯氨酸含量表现为T4>T3>T1>T2,MDA含量表现为T1>T4>T3>T2,SOD活性表现为T2>T1>T3>T4,POD活性表现为T2>T1>T4>T3。总体上,T2配方中,2个韭菜品种的可溶性蛋白含量较高、MDA含量最低、SOD和POD活性最高,较为适宜韭菜水培。 To provide suitable nutrient solution formulas for Allium tuberosum Rottler,the effect of Hoagland nutrient solution formula( T1),Japanese green nutrient solution formula( T2),green leaf vegetables universal nutrient solution formula( T3) and leaf vegetables nutrient solution formula( T4) on the contents of soluble protein,malondialdehyde( MDA),proline,activities of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and superoxide dismutase( POD) of Allium tuberosum Rottler leaves were studied with two Allium tuberosum Rottler varieties( Pingjiu No. 8 and Saisong). The results showed that for Pingjiu No. 8,the soluble protein content showed T2 〉T3 〉T1 〉T4,proline content showed T1〉 T3 〉T4 〉T2,MDA content showed T4 〉T3 〉T1〉 T2,SOD activity showed T2 〉T4〉 T3〉 T1,POD activity showed T2 〉T3〉 T4 〉T1; for Saisong,the protein content showed T3 〉T2 〉T1 〉T4,proline content showed T4〉 T3 〉T1〉 T2,MDA content showed T1〉 T4〉 T3〉 T2,SOD activity showed T2 〉T1 〉T3〉 T4,POD activity showed T2〉 T1〉 T4〉 T3. Overall,for the two Allium tuberosum Rottler varieties,soluble protein contents were higher,MDA contents were the lowest,SOD and POD activity were the highest in T2 formula,which was more suitable for Allium tuberosum Rottler growth.
