摘要
培养学生实践创新能力是高等教育必须关注的重要课题。本文指出了当前食品科学与工程专业实践教学中存在的问题,结合近几年来我校本专业实践教学改革的探索,从实践教学观念和教学理念转变、学生实践意识教育、实验教学体系和内容改革、教学与考核方法完善、师资队伍建设、实验室开放以及组建科研团队和筹建工程实验中心等方面,对食品科学与工程专业本科生创新精神和创新能力培养进行了探讨,论述了实践性教学的改革与创新,取得了一定的效果。
The cultivation of practice and innovation ability for students during the higher education is an important issue. The current problems existed in the practice teaching of food science and engineering specialty were pointed out. Combined the exploration on practice teaching reform for food science in our school in recent years, the creative spirit and innovative ability of food science and engineering were discussed from the following aspects: the concept changes of practice teaching, practice consciousness education of students, reform of experimental teaching system and content, improvement of teaching and assessment methods, construction of teaching staff, laboratory opening, formation of research teams and build engineering experimental center, and so on. The practical teaching reform and innovation, and achieved certain results were discussed.
