A Review of Power Distribution Systems Planning of CIRED 2015

摘要 2015年举办的国际供电会议(CIRED 2015)按传统的6个分会进行交流,其中配电系统规划专业分会(CIRED S5)共有146篇论文被录用。此外,该分会还举办了2个圆桌会议,分别为"元件效率与系统效率"和"规划与运行的相互协调";2个技术讲座,分别为"概率性方法在现代配电系统中的应用"和"电力系统和信息通信技术的协同仿真"。CIRED S5的研究领域分为4个部分:风险评估和资产管理、配电网的发展、配电网规划、分析方法和工具。关注的热点问题有:智能电网、主动配电网、电动汽车、储能、主动需求和分布式能源资源集成,客户供电质量,资产利用率优化等。 CIRED 2015 was organized according to the traditional 6groups,in which the power distribution system planning group published 146 papers,including lectures and poster tours.In addition,the group also held 2round tables,namely,"component efficiency and system efficiency "and"coordinated planning and operation",and organized 2technical seminars,namely,"probabilistic methods in modern distribution system "and"power systems and information and communication technology co-simulation".The research field of CIRED 2015 S5(power distribution system planning)was divided into4parts:risk assessment and asset management,distribution network development,distribution network planning,analysis methods and tools.Hot issues of concern were:smart grid,active distribution network,electric vehicles,energy storage,active demand and distributed energy resources integration,customer power quality,asset utilization optimization,etc.
