基于企业项目的“碎片化”课程开发探讨

摘要 本文以变频器应用技术课程为例,围绕岗位需求和职业能力分析、基于企业项目的碎片化课程设计、项目实训条件的搭建以及碎片化课程教学的考核方法,探讨了一种基于企业项目的碎片化课程开发及实施,以期提高学生的职业能力和创新力,实现学生的“零距离”上岗。 The paper takes " the application technology of inverter" course as an example. It analyzes the job requirements and the professional ability. It makes fragmented curriculum designs based on the enterprise project. With the construction of the project training conditions and the assessment method of the fragmented curriculum, the paper discusses the development and implementation of "fragmentation" curriculum based on enterprise project. The development of the curriculum aims to improve the students' professional ability and innovation ability.
