With prevalence of the visual components Total Latin American Architecture,Libretto of Modern Reflections and Contemporary Works has been framed in the mode of a typical weavedpotpourri summarizing a great number of projects as evidences/inquiries,and all of them organized in a non-linear sequence or segments differentiated by color and a prelude.A series of images reflecting on the main subject are shared out as ＂pauses,＂ very welcoming stops in a 450-page book.It took several years to previse the thesis on the topic：does Latin American Architecture exist？ In the search of interpretations,the publication displays material study in contrasting forms,and with a common denominator：the selected works belong to practitioners that in most cases are also academics.From a wide network of countries the content reviews a matrix of essays,observations,photography,digital and hand drawings,construction methods,poetical concepts,the Latin-tech,philosophies,distinct studio settings,international workshops,and more,discussing the active role of architecture as a qualifier as well as questioning the divergence within location and context in a manifest,digital world that shows us a thoughtful and provocative change in the traditional definition of geography.
