摘要
目的研究柴胡中柴胡皂苷的闪式提取工艺并与柴胡皂苷乙醇回流法对照。方法以柴胡提取液中柴胡皂苷的含量为指标,采用正交实验设计,对柴胡闪式提取法的影响因素分别进行考察,并在提取率、提取时间、溶剂用量、提取温度等方面与文献报道的乙醇回流法进行比较。结果闪式提取的最佳工艺是75%乙醇,料液比1∶12,提取时间2.0 min;闪式提取柴胡皂苷的含量经HPLC测定高于乙醇回流提取法。结论闪式提取法操作简便、高效节能、经济方便省时、提取率高。
Objective To study flash extraction of saikosaponin from Bupleurum longiradiatum var. porphyranthum and compared ethanol refluxing extraction of saikosaponin from Bupleurum longiradiatum var. porphyranthum. Methods The content of ferulic acid in extract of A.megaphylla was taken as index, and orthogonal design was applied to observe the influence factors on flash extraction. The flash extraction was compared with ethanol refluxing extraction reported in literature in extraction rate, extraction time and ethanol consumption as factors. Results The optimized technique of flash extraction was as follows: 75% ethanol in 12 times volume, flash extraction time was 2minutes. The homogenate extraction ws slightly higher than that of ethanol reflux extraction. Conclusion Flash extraction is simple, high efficient, energy saving and economical, and has high extraction rate.
