大理市病媒生物种群分布及其季节消涨监测结果

摘要 目的掌握大理市传播疾病的节肢动物蚊、蝇、蟑螂和啮齿动物鼠类等主要病媒生物种群分布及其季节消涨,为控制其种群及传播疾病防制制定对策提供科学依据。方法按《云南省病媒生物监测方案》和《大理州病媒生物监测方案》,2013年7月-2014年8月年大理市开展病媒生物监测。结果捕获鼠类85只分属1目1科1属2种,其中室内外均以黄胸鼠、褐家鼠为优势种;捕获蚊1 733只分属1目1科1属3种,其中以致倦库蚊为优势种;捕获蟑螂6 880只1目1科1属3种,其中之一以德国小蠊为优势种;捕获蝇2 124只,分属1目1科1属6种,其中以家蝇为优势种。其季节消涨:鼠、蚊、蝇、蟑螂均以夏、秋季为高峰期,冬季为低峰期。结论大理市病媒生物种群构成较稳定,疫情也相对稳定,基数量消涨均以夏、秋季为高峰期,冬季为低峰期。故应在夏秋季加强消杀等防控工作以控制其传播疾病。 objective to grasp the population distribution and seasonal spread disease vectors in Dali city animal mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches, arthropods and rodent rodent and other major diseases fluctuating, to control the population and provide scientific basis for the spread of disease control and prevention countermeasures. Methods according to the "biological monitoring in Yunnan province" and "vector scheme of Dali state vector surveillance programme", in 2013 July-2014 year in August year in Dali city to carry out the vector surveillance. Results The capture of 85 rats belonged to 1 orders, 1 families and 1 genera 2 species. The inside and outside with Huang Xiongshu, Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species; mosquitoes belonging to 1 orders and 1 families 1 733 genera and 3species, of which 1, Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were the dominant species; 6 880 cockroaches were caught 1 orders, 1 families and 1 genera and 3 species, among them one of Blattella germanica was the dominant species; capture flies 2124, belong to 1 orders 1 families and 1 genera 6 species, among which were the dominant species in Musca domestica. Seasonal fluctuation, rats, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches are in summer and autumn is the peak, the winter is the low peak. Conclusion Dali city vector population composition is stable, the epidemic situation is relatively stable, the number fluctuation are in summer and autumn is the peak, the winter is the low peak. It should be in the summer and autumn strengthen disinfection etc. to control the spread of disease prevention and control work.
