产学研协同创新平台承载着科学研究的重要任务,是国家科技创新的重要组成部分,是从事高水平基础与应用研究、培养和汇聚优秀科技人才、开展高水平学术交流的重要基地。本文主要针对具有地方发展特色的地方工科院校产学研协同创新平台管理与运行的特点,分析了当前创新平台管理与运行现状及建立科学、高效的管理模式与运行机制的作用,进一步提出了地方工科院校产学研协同创新平台的管理模式与运行机制,为其发挥重要作用奠定基础。

Production-study-research collaborative innovation platform is bearing the important tasks of scientific research, is an important part of national science and technology innovation, is the important base which we are engaged in the high level of basic and applied research, training and attracting excellent talents, carrying out the high level academic exchanges. The paper is mainly about the management and operational characteristics of production-study-research collaborative innovation platform in local engi neering colleges and universities with its developing features, through analyzing the current status of the management and operation about innovative platform, the important role of establishing scientific and ef- ficient management model and operational mechanism, further put forward management model and opera- tional mechanism of production-study-research collaborative innovation platform in local engineering uni- versities, to lay the foundation for its playing the important role.
