优质护理在放射造影检查中的应用

目的对优质护理在放射造影检查中的应用效果进行分析.方法：抽取2013年01月-2015年09月我院行放射造影检查的68例患者随机分成研究组和对比组,两组各有34例患者,其中34例对比组患者给予常规护理方法,34例研究组患者给予优质护理方法,对两组患者的护理满意度以及不良反应率进行比较.结果：护理后研究组患者的总满意率（94.11%）比对比组（76.47%）的高,同时研究组患者的总不良反应率（8.82%）比对比组（20.58%）的低,两组数据对比差异明显（P〈0.05）.结论：采用优质护理对进行放射造影检查的患者进行护理之后,不仅可以提高临床护理满意度,而且还可以减少不良反应症状的发生.

Objective the application of high quality nursing in radiological imaging examination results were analyzed. Methods： from January 2013 - sep 2015 from radiation imaging examination of 68 patients were randomly divided into research group and contrast group, two groups of the 34 patients, 34 of them control group patients were given routine nursing methods, 34 patients with the team to give high quality nursing methods, nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients and to compare the rate of adverse reactions. Results： the total satisfaction of the nursing team after patients （94.11%） higher than contrast group （76.47%）, meanwhile the total rate of adverse reaction of the team （8.82%） is lower than that of the contrast group （20.58%）, two groups of data comparison difference obvious （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： high quality nursing care for patients with radiation imaging examination for care, not only can improve the clinical nursing satisfaction, but also can reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms.
