摘要
为了提高30CrMnSi钢的冲击韧度,用亚温淬火+中温回火工艺代替常规调质工艺。结果表明:改进工艺不降低试样的硬度,而冲击吸收功从54.5 J提高到86.7 J,达到原来的1.6倍,同时避免了第二类回火脆性,满足了高端液压油缸的工况环境要求。
In order to improve the impact toughness of 30CrMnSi steel, the conventional quenching and tempering process was replaced with sub-temperature quenching + medium temperature tempering process. The results show that: the improved process does not reduce the hardness of samples, and the impact absorption energy is increased from 54.5 J to 86.7 J, up to 1.6 times. The tempering brittleness of the second type is avoided. It meets the requirements of high hydraulic cylinder working conditions.
