摘要
目的:探讨思维导图在玻璃体填充术患儿照顾者出院指导中的应用方法及效果。方法:将116例首次接受出院指导的玻璃体填充术患儿照顾者随机分为实验组和对照组各58例,对照组采用口头宣教的方式进行出院宣教,实验组根据思维导图进行出院指导,比较两组出院指导效果。结果:两组照顾者出院指导效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。实验组照顾者对出院指导满意度高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),复诊率低于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组照顾者指导后状态焦虑问卷(SAI)评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:思维导图是实用有效的健康教育工具,运用于出院指导效果较好。
Objective: To explore the application method and effect of mind map in the discharge guidance for caregivers of children with intraocular tamponade after vitrectomy. Methods: 116 caregivers who first received the discharge guidance were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group( 58 caregivers in each group). The verbal discharge health education was conducted in the control group; the discharge guidance in the light of mind map was provided for the caregivers in the experimental group. The effect of discharge guidance was compared between the two groups. Results: There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the effect of discharge guidance for caregivers between the two groups( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01); the satisfaction rate of caregivers with discharge guidance was higher in the experimental group than the control group( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01); the rate of return visits was lower in the experimental group than the control group( P〈0. 01); the SAI score was lower in the experimental group than the control group( P〈0. 01).Conclusion: The mind map is a practical and effective tool for health education,and it is better to be used in discharge guidance.
