Analysis of Bottleneck and Social Support in the Construction of the Family in China

家庭建设的瓶颈是造成家庭功能不良与缺失的重要原因,主要表现在:主流话语弱化家庭责任、大众传媒扭曲家庭角色、家庭发展能力欠缺、家庭的社会支持薄弱等。破除瓶颈的当务之急是我国政府要承担主导责任,进行家庭政策制度体系和社会支持机制的整体规划设计,强化对大众传媒的监测评估和家庭研究成果转化,建立政府支持、社会组织和企业参与的专业化家庭服务和家庭危机干预机构。

The bottleneck of the construction of family is an important reason for family dysfunction and loss, that is, the mainstream discourse is weakening family responsibilities, the mass media is distorting roles of family, family is lacking of development skills, family＇s social support is weak, and so on. To break the bottleneck is imperative. The government ought to take dominant responsibility including planning and designing the family policy system and social support mechanism,strengthening the monitoring and evaluation of mass media and family research achievements conversion, and establishing the specialized family services and family crisis intervention mechanism involving government support, social organizations and enterprises participation.
