Key Construction Technologies for Guanjiao Tunnel on Xining-Golmud 2nd Line of Qinghai-Tibet Railway

摘要 青藏铁路西格二线关角隧道是我国首座长度突破30 km的铁路隧道,文章介绍关角隧道的主要修建新技术:采用斜井分隔风道新技术和斜井皮带机出碴配合钻爆法掘进的新技术,加大供风量,减少污染,提高效率,克服高寒缺氧难题;采用岩溶裂隙水综合注浆技术及合理的排水配置,解决持续高压涌水难题;采用调整结构形式、加强初期支护和允许适度变形的技术方案,解决宽大断层束大变形问题;通过严格的计算,首创采用活塞风解决30 km长隧道运营通风技术方案,研究隧道内火灾烟气分布规律后,采用安全隧道射流风机加压和事故隧道均衡分散式竖井排烟新技术,形成防灾救援新技术。文章介绍关角隧道建设所取得的技术成就,以期对后续的高原特长隧道起到指导,达到推动中国铁路隧道技术进步的目的。 Guanjiao Tunnel on Xining-Golmud 2nd Line of Qinghai-Tibet Railway is the first railway tunnel in China whose length is larger than 30 km. In this paper,studies and results are as follows: 1) The technologies,such as ventilation gallery separated by inclined shaft,mucking by belt conveyor and increasing the air supply,are used,so as to reduce the environmental pollution,improve the construction efficiency and solve oxygen supply problem. 2) The comprehensive grouting for karstic fissure-water and rational drainage arrangement are used so as to solve the continuous high-pressure water inrush problem. 3) Technologies,such as structure type adjustment,primary support strengthening and deformation allowance setting,are used,so as to control the large deformation of fault. 4) The"piston air"is used,the smoke distribution laws in tunnel when fire disaster happens is studied; and the jet ventilation fan and disperse ventilation by vertical shaft are used. The results can provide guidance for construction of extremely-long tunnel of similar projects in the future.
