摘要
以市售广西砂糖橘为材料,采用微波消解法处理样品,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)检测砂糖橘中Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Na、K、Ca、Mg、P等14种矿质元素的含量,结果表明,砂糖橘果皮和果肉中K、Ca、Mg、P等元素的含量较高;果肉中K含量尤其高,达到9 082.23 ug/g,而Na含量则很低,果肉中仅含80.45ug/g,元素Cr在果皮和果肉中均未检出;Sr在果肉中未检出,在果皮中含量为10.24ug/g;在砂糖橘果皮中B、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Si、Zn 7种元素含量均高于果肉。加标回收率实验表明,各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.18%~4.77%,各元素的回收率在95.15%~106.1%之间,说明该方法测定广西砂糖橘中矿质元素具有较好的精密度和准确度。
The contents of 14 elements such as Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn, Na, K, Ca, Mg and P were studied by ICP- AES with microwave digestion in Citrus reticulata Blanco cv. ‘shiyueju' , and the results showed that, the contents of K, Ca, Mg, P were higher inpeel and pulp. The content of K in the pulp were very high, reached 9 082.23 ug/g, while the content of Na were very low, with only 80. 45 ug/g. The Cr elements were not detected in fruit peel and pulp. Sr was not detected in the flesh, but its content was 10. 24 ug/g in the peel. The content of B, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Si, Zn in peel were higher than that in the flesh. The relative standard deviations and recov- eries of all elements determined with ICP-AES were between 0. 18% -4. 77% and 95.15% - 106. 1% respective- ly. The combination of microwave digestion with the ICP-AES showed that this technolgy has better precision and accuracy.
