摘要
本文通过调查分析,进行必要性和可行性论证,为开发微课程、录制微课提供理论和实践的依据。文中详细介绍微课程的开发、微课的录制、上传共享、总结反思的过程。微课程发挥了数字平台的优势,促进区域内教师资源共享,同时创造性地开发运用教材,满足不同层次学生的需求,有效地促进了教师的专业成长,为名师数字课堂的传播提供了可供参考的范例。
Through investigation and analysis,this paper proves the necessity and feasibility and provides basis of theory and practice for the development of micro-lecture and the recording of microlectures.This paper introduces in detail the process of micro-lecture's development,recording,uploading and sharing,summary and reflection.Micro-lectures play the advantages of digital platform,promote the sharing of resources of teachers in this area,and at the same time,creatively develop and use teaching materials to meet the needs of different levels of students,effectively promote the professional growth of teachers,and provides reference examples for the spread of famous teachers' digital classroom.
