摘要
在高校官方微博得到广泛应用的背景下,以江苏137所高校官方微博为研究对象,调查其运营情况和基本特征,总结运营管理的成功经验和存在的问题,从明确定位、科学管理、内容发布和团队建设等方面探讨具体对策和建议。
In the context that official micro- blog has been widely used in colleges and universities,choosing official micro-blog of 137 colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province as the research objects, this paper investigated the operation situations and main features,summarized the successful experience and deficiencies of operation and management,finally discussed some further countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of clear orientation,scientific management,content publishing and team building.
