摘要
通过介绍视觉通路相关的生物节律调节系统,即内在光敏视网膜神经节细胞-下丘脑视交叉上核-松果体-褪黑素调节轴,探讨不同波长和强度的光线作用于视网膜,继而对生物节律和睡眠情况的影响,由此提出老年人睡眠障碍的发生率较高的原因之一可能与年龄相关性白内障造成的长期蓝光屏蔽有关.通过回顾相关文献,为改善老年人生物节律和睡眠状况提供新的研究方向.
This review presented an introduction of the visual pathway related circadian rhythm regulation system: the intrinsically photosensitive retinal ganglion cells-suprachiasmatic nucleus-pineal gland-melatonin axis, and discussed the impact of light with different wave length and irradiation received by retina on circadian rhythm and sleep habit.A hypothesis was proposed consequently that the high morbidity of sleep disorder in elderly might be partially attributable to the long-term blue light blocking status induced by age-related cataract.A number of relative literatures were reviewed and a novel research direction was advanced on improving circadian rhythm and sleep condition in elderly based on the current knowledge.
