摘要
利用同位素示踪法 ,并结合改变库源比率研究了甜荞光合产物的分配规律及其与结实率的关系。结果表明 ,甜荞叶片的光合产物在植株上呈倒塔形分布 ,与结实率的空间分布结构相一致 ;在结实器官之间存在着对营养物质的吸收竞争 ,竞争能力大小依次为大籽 >小籽 >幼籽 >花 ,结果使发育较晚的结实器官因得不到足够的营养而枯萎 ;相对地增源减库和减源增库可以大幅度提高或降低结实率 ;光合产物的相对不足是甜荞结实率低的主要原因。
The methods of radioisotope trace and changing proportion of storehouse and source were used to study distributive regulation of photosynthetic products on buckwheat and its relation to seeds percentage of setting. Results indicated that distribution of photosynthetic products in buckwheat was an inverted tower shape, which, in turn, was consistent distribution seructure of percentage of seeds setting. Competitions among bearing organs at different developing stages made the late developing ones withered. Increasing or decreasing sources relatively made the seeds setting percentage having a big increase or decrease. Insufficient of photosynthetic porducts was the primary factor of low percetage of setting seeds on buckwheat.
