同步辐射X射线自由空气电离室电子损失和散射荧光修正因子的蒙卡模拟 被引量:2

摘要 采用了蒙特卡罗程序EGS5对6~ 20 keV同步辐射低能X射线自由空气电离室的电子损失修正因子和散射荧光修正因子进行模拟计算.结果表明,对于能量范围6~ 20 keV的低能X射线,电子损失修正因子的影响可忽略不计;而当能量增加时,荧光散射修正因子数值逐渐增加. EGS5 Monte Carlo program was used to simulate the electronic loss correction factor and the scattering fluorescence correction factor for the 6 ~ 20 keV low - energy X rays parallel plate free - air ionization chamber. The results show that the influence of the electron loss correction factor can be neglected in the energy range 6 ~ 20 keV, the value of the scattering fluorescence correction factor increases in the same energy range.
