摘要 介绍了聚羧酸减水剂在普通预拌混凝土、自密实混凝土及预制构件中的应用。在预拌混凝土中,抗泥缓凝剂PR可以减轻泥对聚羧酸减水剂的影响;在自密实混凝土中,使用减水剂PC3600、PC9096、PC8000和PC4000,以及状态调节剂PM-1、PM-6,并将含气量控制在4.5%时,可以得到性能较优异的混凝土。在混凝土预制构件中,合理使用增稠剂和引气剂可以改善构件的表面质量。在活性粉末混凝土中试配表明,聚羧酸减水剂比氨基磺酸盐减水剂表现出更好的早期强度发展。 The paper introduced the application of polycarboxylate superplasticizer in common ready-mixed concrete,self- consolidating concrete and precast element. The mud-resist and set retarder PR could reduce the influence of clay to polycarboxylate superplasticizer in common ready-mixed concrete. When controlled the gas content in 4.5% ,there was a better concrete state and performance under using superplasticizers PC3600,PC9096, PC8000,PC4000,and state-modifiers PM-1,PM-6 in self-consolidating concrete. The surface quality could be improved with using the viscosity enhancing agent and the air entraining admixture reasonably in precast element. The potycarboxylate superplasticizer had the better early strength than amino- superplasticizcr in test of reactive powder concrete.
