摘要
The research reviewed standardized production technology of virus-free seed potato, including stem tip isolation, tissue culture seedling production, breeder＇s seed and protospecies production, and standard potato tubers＇ production, and concluded a set of standardized production technology for virus-free seed potato, in order to provide theoretical references for improving potato yield.
介绍了马铃薯茎尖剥离、组培苗生产、原原种生产、原种生产、合格种薯生产等一系列马铃薯脱毒种薯标准化生产技术。笔者通过试验总结出一套马铃薯脱毒种薯标准化生产技术,以期为提高马铃薯作物产量提供一定的理论依据。
