基于VBee技术的无线网络在工厂能源管理系统中的应用

Application of wireless network based on VBee technology in plant energy management system

运用计量仪表与信息化技术,及时获取各类能源耗用实时数据,是实现能源管理信息化的基础。文章介绍一种基于VBee技术的无线网络能源管理系统,本系统运用计量仪表分别计量各能源和载能工质的耗用数据,运用基于VBee技术的无线数传模块,构建一个覆盖工厂生产区域的无线网络,用于传输各类能源计量仪表与上位机间的数据信息,用服务器对获取的这些计量数据进行存储、处理、分析,生成各种报表数据和分析报告,实现能源管理信息化。结果表明,本系统运行稳定可靠,组网简单,升级维护方便,性价比高,解决了采用传统的有线网络,布线施工难度大,一次性投资成本高,升级困难等不足,尤其适于已经建成的工厂,完全满足工厂能源管理的需要。

The use of measuring instruments and information technology,timely access to all kinds of energy consumption,real-time data is the basis of energy information management.This paper introduced a wireless network energy management system based on VBee technology,the system used the energy metering meter respectively and energy consumption data of refrigerants,using the wireless transmission module based on VBee technology,built a regional production plant covering wireless network for transmission between various energy measurement and meter machine the data of these measurement data obtained by the server storage,processing,analysis,generate various reports and data analysis report,realized energy management information.The results showed that the system is stable and reliable,simple network,convenient maintenance,high cost,solve the traditional wired network wiring,difficult construction and high cost of a one-time investment,upgrade difficulties,especially suitable for the factory has been completed,the need to completely satisfy the factory energy management.
