摘要
针对国内高校物流管理人才培养过程中实践教学存在的实验室建设、实践教学组织等问题,系统构建"三课堂"联动的实践教学体系,结合"做精"第一课,"做活"第二课堂,"做实"第三课堂的总体要求,深化"三课堂"内涵,并从加强"双师型"师资队伍建设等四个方面构建了保障机制,以保证实践教学体系的有效执行,为其他高校实践教学体系建设提供经验借鉴。
In this paper, in view of the problems existing in the practical teaching system of the domestic universities in their cultivation of the logistics management talents, we established systematically a practical teaching system that synchronized three "classrooms", clarified the general requirement of each of them, namely achieving specialization in the first classroom, flexibility in the second and substantiality in the third, deepened the connotation of the three classrooms, and at the end, proposed the corresponding supportive mechanism from four aspects.
