摘要
介绍了某医院于2015年5月引入美国医疗研究与质量局(The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality,AHRQ)开发的"加强临床表现和医疗安全的团队策略与工具"(Team Strategies&Tools to Enhance Performance&Patient Safety,Team STEPPS)课程,并首次在中国大陆地区开展正式授证课程。课程采用模拟教学方式进行团队合作训练,以跨专业团队形式实施病例模拟实训,并将课程反馈作为依据,对课程进行效果评估。学员对Team STEPPS课程总体满意度达到100%。
Developed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality（AHRQ）,Team Strategies＆Tools to Enhance Performance＆Patient Safety（TeamSTEPPS）has been introduced and first implemented in China's Mainland in a hospital in May of 2015. Simulation teaching was adopted in medical teamwork training among interdisciplinary teams and the course was evaluated based on the feedbacks from the trainees. The first TeamSTEPPS course in China's Mainland was successful and received favorable comments from all the trainees.
