摘要
玻化微珠保温砂浆内的湿积累是水蒸气扩散,空气渗流,以及冷凝三种因素共同引起的,本文构建了以水蒸气分压力为驱动势的湿积累计算模型,计算并分析了水蒸气扩散,空气渗流,以及冷凝三种因素对湿积累的影响。空气流入时砂浆内水蒸气分压力和湿积累速率最大值向内迁移;空气流出时则相反。水蒸气冷凝的速率与冷凝区域的边界温度成正比。
The humidity accumulation in thermal insulation mortar of glazed hollow beads is leaded by three factors include vapour diffusion, air transfusion and condensation. Humidity accumulation counting model is structured by using steam partial-pressure as driving force, the influence of vapour diffusion, air transfusion and condensation on humidity accumulation is counted and analyzed. When air inflows, the maximum value of steam partial-pressure and rate of humidity accumulation moved forward; when air outflows, the situation was converse. The rate of condensation for steam and boundary temperatures of condensation zone are direct proportion.
