摘要
基于编码研究方法,运用Nvivo10.0分析软件对我国28个农民工教育政策文本进行编码。通过"自由节点"到"子树节点""树节点"的整合,分析了农民工教育价值导向、农民工教育管理机构、农民工教育办学主体、农民工教育师资队伍、农民工教育运作方式五个当面的内容。在此基础上,从以上五个方面探讨我国农民工教育政策的构建策略。
The author encodes 28 texts of farmer-workers education policies by using Nvivo10.0 analysis software based on coding methods. By free nodes, sub-tree nodes and the tree node, the paper analyzes farmer-workers education value orientation, education management institutions, education school subject,teaching staff,mode of operation. On this basis, from the five aspects, the paper discusses the construction of the farmer-workers education policy.
