HPDM热泵高盐废水处理装置自动控制系统的设计 被引量:3

摘要 以HPDM热泵高盐废水处理装置为对象,结合工艺控制要求实现了该装置自动控制方案的设计。分别针对高盐废水处理过程的启动、正常运行、停车、清洗及其紧急停车工段要求,采用Step7软件编写各工段PLC子程序,根据功能需求调用执行相应的子程序。使用S7-300 PLC通过MPI通讯协议与Win CC组态软件建立通信,实现装置的远程监控。该控制系统根据其工艺要求可实现高盐废水一键化全自动处理、远程监控的功能,操作简单,可按照工艺需求完成所有参数设置,实现一体化装置无人监控状态下自动进行污水处理。 Based on our research results of integrated HPDM heat pump hypersaline wastewater treatment equipment,the design of automatic control scheme combined with the technological requirements for the equipment is finished. According to each section requirement of hypersaline wastewater treatment process,namely start,normal operation,stop,cleaning and emergency stop,PLC subroutines programmed by Step7 software for each section are written,and according to the performance requirements corresponding subroutines are called. Besides,S7-300 PLC establishes communication with Win CC configuration software by MPI protocol to achieve remote monitoring of this device. The automatic process control system can achieve onebutton processing and remote monitoring capability of high salt water according to the process requirements. In addition,this system is easy to operate. This integrated device can finish automatic operations of sewage treatment without supervision after parameters are set by the operator.
